Specials offered for weddings, Fifteens, Sweet Sixteen’s, anniversaries, etc. Minimum 50 guest
Menu: Paella Valenciana (you can choose another paella without seafood) salad, bread and butter, sweet plantains. Appetizers: Spanish sausage, Manchego Cheese, Spanish Omelette, Meatball with Spanish sauce and Mixed Spirals. (5 x guest) Service; Buffet style food station. Staff: Chef, Waiters - 5hrs. (1hr. setup) Rentals: tables, chairs, table clothes, cloth napkins, 2 glass cups, 2 plates, 3 utensils, jars, ash trays, set up for all rental equipment.
GOLD package $39.90 Menu: Paella Marinera (you can choose the paella of your choice) salad, bread and butter and sweet plantains. Appetizers: Spanish Sausage, Manchego Cheese, Spanish Omelette, Meatballs with Spanish sauce, Garlic Shrimp. (5 x guest) Service: buffet style, food station, and portable bar. Staff: Chef, Waiters, Bartenders - 5hrs. (1hr. setup) Rentals: tables, chairs, table clothes, cloth napkins, 3 plates, 4 utensils, 3 glass cups, jars, ash trays-set up of all rental equipment.
PLANTINUM package $49.90
Menu: Choose any two from our menu, 2 side orders, salad, bread and butter. Appetizers: Choose any-six per guest ( Appetizer 50 pcs ). Service: buffet style, food station, and portable bar. Drinks: mixed sodas, mixers for the bar, ice, Bar Set-up: American Coffee or Espresso. (4hrs.) Staff: Chef, Waiters, Bartenders. 6hrs. (2hrs of setup). Rentals: tables, chairs, table cloth, over layers table clothes, cloth napkins, 3 plates, 4 utensils, 3 glass cups, high ball glasses, jars,cover & bow, ash trays-set up of all rentals.
